Account and billing
Trial, subscription, invoices, cancelling and deleting your account.
Trial
14 days from signup, no card, everything included. Your account page shows the days left. When it ends the terminal asks you to subscribe; your rules and history are kept.
Subscribing
From your account page, choose monthly or yearly. Checkout is hosted by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers. If you subscribe during the trial, the remaining trial days are honoured and the first charge happens when they end.
Managing
Manage billing on your account page opens the Stripe billing portal: change the card, switch between monthly and yearly, download invoices, cancel.
Cancelling
Cancel any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Yearly plans are refundable in full within 14 days of the first payment; see the refund policy.
Deleting your account
Account page → Delete account. You confirm by typing your e-mail. Your subscription is cancelled at once, broker keys are deleted, and the account is removed. Trading records are retained for the period financial record-keeping rules require, then deleted. Nothing changes at your broker.
